Easy Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings

These busy fall days have me searching for as many fast easy crock pot meals as I can find! It is so nice to walk in the door from the soccer practice/game at 5:30 p.m. and serve dinner right away! This recipe almost feels like cheating. It was way too easy and tasted really good.

Ingredients:
3 lb. fresh or frozen chicken breasts or tenderloins
1 large can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 small can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 bag of frozen mixed veggies. (use more or less upon preference)
1 tube of Refrigerated Biscuits

Directions:
Spray crock with non-stick spray. Mix soups and 1 cup water until it makes a nice consistency. Mix in vegetables (if desired). Bury chicken in mixture. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Thirty minutes before dinner, stir pot and then drop-in biscuits cut in half. I covered mine with the sauce. Cover and cook for 30 minutes with the crock still turned on.
